Vineyard: LujŠn de Cuyo, Mendoza, 920 meters above sea level.
Alcohol: 13,30.
Harvest Time: Between the 15th and 28 of April.
Tasting Notes:  Fine wine of intense dark red color with intense hues of ruby. Primary aromas of black pepper, sweet pepper, red fruits, raspberries, and strawberries.
In the mouth, this variety is very well structured in soft and sweet tannins with an elevated persistence.
Food Pairing: Traditional asado, lamb, pastas, heavy cheeses, empanadas, and locro.
Service temperature: 16 - 18ļC.
